Returns & Exchanges

If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the products. Sale items and made to order items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. New season kaftans can only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving them, discounted kaftans are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's payment card and will exclude shipping costs, which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

Once refund has been processed you will be notified by email and you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.

All returns should be sent back in their original packaging. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.
